- Family
Folder: A family folder will be made for each
family and will be located in a bin at the pool
entrance. Please check this folder at least bi-weekly for important
information.
- Bulletin
Board: Important notices, flyers, and meet results will be
posted on our bulletin board at the pool as well as in the meet books.
- Coach's
Box: Information should be given to the coach in writing
and placed in the Coach's Box.
- Cancellations:
Cancellations will be posted at the pool. It is VERY RARE that we would
cancel a meet hours ahead of time. The weather changes quickly and we
plan to swim right up until practice or meet time.
